At Womads, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the fashion pieces in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
